  • Defect Analytics: Analysis of defects found, including trends, root causes, and severity.

Success metrics

  • Defect Escape Rate: Percentage of defects that escape into production despite testing.
  • Test Coverage: The percentage of the application code that has been tested by automated tests.
  • P95 Latency Thresholds: The 95th percentile of response times, ensuring critical performance benchmarks are met.
  • Release Stability: The ability of a release to function smoothly post-deployment, with minimal issues or rollbacks.
